What is Anger?
Anger is an emotion that stems from a perceived threat or loss. Anger affects your body, emotions, behaviour and thoughts.
Mental signs of anger:
Obsessing over the situation
Having vengeful thoughts
Difficulty concentrating
Physical signs of anger:
Difficulty breathing
Rapid heart rate
Stomach ache
Headache
Shaking
Sweating
Feeling hot in the face/body
Emotional signs of anger:
Irritability
Sadness
Guilt
Numbness
Resentment
Isolation
Behavioral Signs of anger:
Pacing
Clenching fists
Hitting walls
Raising your voice
Passive aggression
